Our Coaches
Your assigned coach has years of experience and training in dealing with teens and families in crisis situations. Each coach has had ample opportunity to put into practice the tactics taught them by Mark Gregston while on staff of the Heartlight residential program. The Heartlight program has enjoyed 20 years of successfully turning around thousands of troubled teens. Now the staff is sharing their experience and advice with parents outside of the residential program.

makes her a comfort to those she serves. Her wisdom is a valuable resource
and encouragement to other coaches on the Family Crisis Coaching staff as well. Jan is the Co-Founder of the Heartlight residential program and has been the director of that counseling program for many years. She now helps coach parents outside of the residential program as a proactive step to prevent teens from ever having to be placed in a residential program.
