Definition of Success at Heartlight
Does Heartlight “work” for every child?
Success is a hard word to define in the world of struggling teens. And each parent’s definition of success varies for what they want to see in the life of their child and ultimately what they desire for their family.
But we do know this. Our goal is to have each child enrolled at Heartlight graduate the program. And of those that graduate, 100% of our parents are satisfied with the result of their child’s involvement with us. This doesn’t mean that there won’t be “hiccups” and a few “bumps” upon a child’s return home; those are normal in any adolescent’s life.
Our definition of success is the parent’s definition of success. You can hear their comments in the following videos. You can also call us at 903.668.2173 and get an alumni reference list of those that have participated in the Heartlight program. They’d be happy to discuss with you the success of the Heartlight program in the life of their family.
