Seminar Agreement

The purpose of this contract is to prevent any confusion as we put on a seminar to benefit people at your church or in your community. We have found that writing down the particulars keeps frustration levels low and the focus where it should be.

Your booking a DWTT Seminar will guarantee that we will:

  1. Place a date on the schedule and plan to be in your city on that date. Mark Gregston will arrive on Friday and will be available through Sunday noon. Please let us know if you desire to use him for additional speaking engagements. Mark desires to be used to the fullest while he is in your city.
  2. Make plane reservations and reserve the date on a verbal agreement. No money will be exchanged before the event.
  3. Lead the Seminar Friday night through Saturday noon, and adjust the focus of the presentation to fit the needs of the specific audience.
  4. Provide you with all marketing materials, including bulletin inserts, posters, brochures, and a DVD, at least 6 weeks prior to the event, ensuring timely distribution of seminar information. We can make as many copies of the DVD as needed.
  5. Provide you with a master set of notes that you can reproduce as needed for the seminar.
  6. Do all that we can to ensure the success of the event, utilizing our contacts in the area and possible radio and press coverage.

We ask from you that you provide:

  1. An itinerary of the weekend’s events at least 2 weeks before the event.
  2. Transportation for Mark and Jan upon their arrival to your city if they fly.
