Mark Gregston has been helping teens and their parents for over 30 years.  In 1989, Mark and his wife Jan founded Heartlight Ministries, a residential counseling center in East Texas, dedicated to providing help for teens in crisis. The center takes in 48 teenage residents for up to a year at a time. 

Mark is a sought-after speaker and leads Dealing with Today’s Teens Seminars in cities across the nation. His hope is to help parents and teens alike get through the often difficult adolescenet years.

Mark’s most recent book, When Your Teen is Struggling, was released in January of 2007 and can be found online at www.heartlightresources.com or at most Christian bookstores. He's written on numerous topics relating to teens in crisis.

Mark hosts a weekly 1-hour radio broadcast that gives parents tools and resources to deal with the problems of today’s teens. Heartlight Radio can be heard on over 400 radio stations nationwide, on XM Satellite radio and via web streaming through OnePlace.com. 

A new 1-minute radio broadcast called Parenting Today's Teens is also available and it is currently being heard on over 700 radio stations.
