    PODCAST SCRIPT:

Throwing a child into the deep end isn’t the best way to teach them how to swim. But that’s what many parents do when they send their kids off to college.

Many parents wait far too long in allowing teens to get their feet wet in the real world.  They wait and they wait. Then seemingly far too soon, their child is off living on their own, with no parental guidance.

It is far better to give your teen more and more freedom to dive in while they are still under your watchful care. In this way they’ll become a strong and confident swimmer for the day they’ll need to venture out into the deep end of life.
