    PODCAST SCRIPT:

If your teen has sunk into despair, I have a few suggestions to help them dig out of it.

First, get a depressed teen out of the house to experience things that can add abundance to their life, like camping, fishing, hunting, hiking or horseback riding.

Make sure they eat right and get daily exercise. And find a loving pet that they can love and take care of. Sometimes it also helps to ask a positive and encouraging relative to take them into their home for a time.

Finally, plan future events that they can look forward to. The point is to create a bridge to help them get safely past this period of despair.
