    PODCAST SCRIPT:

Teenagers learn not to be wasteful by being required to replace what they waste.

A teenager was trying to make a bonfire with his friends in the back yard. There was no starter fluid, so he found other fluids that might burn, including an expensive bottle of olive oil from italy. When the parents found the empty bottles, they calmly added up the cost and said, “You seemed to have a good time with the bonfire. So do you want me to take the sixty dollar cost out of your allowance, or would you rather work it off?”

The shocked teen learned the hard way to ask permission and not assume he could waste what was not his.
