    PODCAST SCRIPT:

Getting your teenager into a part-time job will help them gain confidence in functioning in and preparing for an adult world.

When a teen spends all their time with their friends and family, they can develop a distorted view of the world, and have a hard time transitioning to adulthood. Parents need to encourage ventures into the adult world, like getting them a part-time job, even if they don’t need the money. They’ll not only learn responsibility, but they’ll learn how to serve others, and get an idea of what it will be like in their adult life if they don’t get a good education.

Nothing can help a teenager prepare for their future like experiencing a part-time job.
