    PODCAST SCRIPT:

Take care what script you hand your teenager.

You’ll likely get a response that mirrors what you feel about your teenager. It cannot be avoided. If down deep you expect them to succeed, your teen will pick up on that feeling and rise to meet that expectation. If you expect them to fail, they will likely fail. Psychologists call this process “scripting.” It is where teenagers pick up on what you’re feeling, even if you don’t say it.

If your teen is causing problems, don’t set them up for failure. If you believe that God can change people — even your teenager – prayer will change your inner attitude and your script from expecting failure to trusting God for their success.
