Being a part of the Heartlight Community is an opportunity to form life-long relationships with those that you work with.  These relationships are as important as those formed with the residents involved program.  In these friendships you will find encouragement, support, and camaraderie, as you strive to encourage one another to love and good deeds.

Our desire is for people to join our residential staff who value building relationships.  We seek a staff that is committed to a high standard of excellence, responsibility, and maturity as they engage with kids, with their peers, and with the parents of the kids living with us.  We want people who can “bring something special” to our team.
