Residential Staff Job Description

Residential staff applicants must be single, between the ages of 21 and 30, and willing to live in-house with other staff overseeing and supervising up to 10 young people.

Our team approach, weaving the components of residential living, counseling, and administration of the ministry into a working and effective opportunity for change, values each position on our staff, helping them utilize their gifts to provide a program of excellence in all aspects of our operation.

If this position looks like something that you would be interested in, then we would welcome the opportunity to discuss the possibility with you.  Please just fill out the following Staff Application, and send it to us with a recent picture of yourself.  If we think that your application meets out qualifications, then we’ll then schedule a time to have you come to Heartlight, visit the program, and interview with our Residential Directors.
